Ages:	High School Freshman to Seniors, 14-17 yrs.
When:	Saturday 11/08/2008 and Sunday 11/09/2008
Where:	Mount Saint Mary’s Athletic Fields Complex
Time:	8:00am-5:00pm (coach’s registration: 7:00am-7:30am @ tent) Games start at 8:00am. Lunch will only be complimentary to (2) team coaches and all college coaches who register at the tent.
Cost:	$65/player, includes numbered reversible jersey. All player registrations must be submitted together with team roster.
Deadline:	All team registrations must be received by Tuesday, October 31, 2008. Individual entries received after October 31st. will be charged an additional late fee of $15/registrant, totaling $80/registration.

Inclement Weather:	In the event of inclement weather, Mount St. Mary’s University and the governing athletic staff reserves the right to postpone, alter game schedule/format, or cancel the event entirely in the best interest and for the safety of the participants and spectators in attendance. Every effort will be put forth to accommodate the planned full schedule of games within a reasonable period of time to accommodate the needs of the officials and participating teams. Mount St. Mary’s University and governing athletic staff also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tournament in advance due to weather related or other acts of God without refund.

The shootout will be an exciting day of 10 vs. 10 lacrosse. Each team is guaranteed (4) games, and all games will be 50-minutes with (2)-25 minute running halves. All NCAA College rules apply and there will be (2) referees for every game. There will be certified athletic trainers and staff present for medical emergencies. All training staff will be located on the fields.

Registration limited to (56) teams split into (2)-28 team divisions. Division B: JV or young varsity programs, ages 14-15yrs. Competes on Saturday 11/08. Division A: V or Travel-All Star Teams, ages 16-17yrs. Competes on Sunday 11/09. The coach/team organizer must specify team division on the CONSENT FORM. We advise that each team have a minimum of 18 players.
