2023 July Boys Day Camp: Monday 7/10 to Thursday 7/13

Our day camp is for boys ages 8-13.  Campers ages 13 entering 9th-grade are not eligible to attend.  Camp schedule consist of daily sessions using teaching methods that emphasize specific topics for the youth player. Sessions include positional and 1 on 1 training, half and full field drills to help participants improve their stick skills and knowledge for the game, and speed & agility training to improve running form and foot speed.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring the following lacrosse equipment: Helmet and mouth piece, stick, gloves, arm pads, and shoulder pads. All goalies must have a throat protector attached to their helmet. It will be very helpful, but not mandatory, if all participants bring the aforementioned lacrosse equipment. Players can wear sneaks or cleats.  Practice sessions will be on grass and athletic field turf.
